Aldrees Industrial and Trading Company (ALITCO) has signed a credit facility agreement worth fifty million Saudi riyals with Bank AlJazira. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Abdullah Aldrees, the CEO of Alitco, and Mr. Sami Al-Muhaideb, Senior Vice President and Head of the Corporate and Institutional Banking Group at Bank AlJazira. This agreement is in addition to other agreements with various banks, aimed at providing Shariah-compliant financing solutions to fund working capital and keep up with the company's increasing sales and projects. The agreements include the financial terms and conditions approved by those banks.

This underscores Alitco's pioneering role in the industrial and commercial sector by expanding its business scope and taking advantage of available financing opportunities.

Alitco Group signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation and participation in infrastructure projects with the Iraqi Sovereign Fund, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Investment, Engineer Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning of Iraq, Dr. Mohammed Ali Tamim, and the Economic Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Iraqi Development Fund (Iraqi Sovereign Fund), Dr. Mohammed Al-Najjar.

This memorandum comes within the framework of the company's efforts and plans to expand its business regionally, providing it with multiple opportunities for cooperation, investment, and exchange of expertise with relevant entities from both the public and private sectors in the Republic of Iraq.

Signing a contract with the "Meel" Group for 8 stations, which aims to connect its stations under one system. This will contribute to improving business efficiency and increasing productivity. It will also enable centralized monitoring of the stations, in addition to linking them with the financial system, allowing for better management of invoices and payments and increasing control over them.

Alitco has signed a cooperation agreement with Aldrees Company at the headquarters of the General Administration. Both companies look forward to enhancing strategic collaboration in developing the infrastructure for electric vehicle charging. The agreement aims to equip and improve charging stations and activate them at several locations affiliated with Al-Drees Company, preparing them for the current and future stages of electric vehicle proliferation. This agreement is part of Alitco's professionalism as a leading company in this field and its commitment to continue being a supporter of the 2030 vision.

With the grace and guidance of Allah, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Aldrees Alitco and Al-Kharj College of Technology, represented by its dean, Engineer Ahmad Al-Masaid. This collaboration is considered an important step in supporting and developing the skills of the nation's youth, reflecting the efforts of the company and the college to enhance education and provide job opportunities for young people in various fields, thereby promoting comprehensive development and work within the community

Alitco has recently signed a contract with the reputable 'Reben' station group to implement a fuel automation system across 45 locations in its first phase. This partnership aims to streamline operations by connecting these stations under a unified system that includes fuel monitoring and self-payment features. It's noteworthy that this move aligns with the requirements set forth by the Saudi Ministry of Energy.
