Alitco Group signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation and participation in infrastructure projects with the Iraqi Sovereign Fund, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Investment, Engineer Khaled bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning of Iraq, Dr. Mohammed Ali Tamim, and the Economic Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Iraqi Development Fund (Iraqi Sovereign Fund), Dr. Mohammed Al-Najjar.

This memorandum comes within the framework of the company's efforts and plans to expand its business regionally, providing it with multiple opportunities for cooperation, investment, and exchange of expertise with relevant entities from both the public and private sectors in the Republic of Iraq.
