As part of Alitco's efforts to raise awareness among its employees about diabetes, we organized a comprehensive awareness session on World Diabetes Day in collaboration with the Riyadh Second Health Cluster. The session covered the causes and types of diabetes, healthy ways to manage it, highlighted natural and healthy sources of sugar, and offered practical tips to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
